Entry 5 Search Warrant  The days passed and passed and my conscience didn't give me calmness. That secret was coming me completely. I was lying in my bed when the doorbell rang. As soon as I heard it , my nervousness began to increase considerably to the point that my legs trembled so much that it was hard for e walking. Entry 4 Bowdlerized I do not remember any outrageous situation in which I was the cause, but if I have experienced a somewhat offensive situation. As it is the verbal harassment.  Around two years ago, I was going to the ice cream shop with a friend who lived very close to the house , but around 50 meters before the ice cream shop, a neighbor was building a house; therefore,  there we're many men there.  And it was terrible to walking in that area. But we wanted to eat ice cream. So when we we're going through construction, we didn't pay attention to those men and walked faster,  but  they started whistling and saying compliments which were very disrespectful. But we kepts walking and tried to ignore the comments so as not to get angry, which was very hard. Entry 3 Madder Libs Usually, every person has like a favorite word or maybe a word that repeats too much. In my case I use to say "esa vara". I use this word when I'm refering to an object,  or like an expression; for instance, when I'm surprised for something or for a funny situation.  On the other hand, most people have the dream of travel, but for many circumstances can't be accomplished. In my case, If I had the chance to visit somewhere, I'd would like to go to Venice Italy,  because this place offers us labyrinthine channels (N1 V N3 N2) , where you can enjoy an amazing landscape from a gondola either day or night.  Furthermore, Venecia seems to be a quiet place (Nx LV NX) where you can go on vacations with your family, couple, or even alone, and spend a pretty good time. Entry 2  Awry Two years ago I had the worst idea that has come  to my mind, and it was  having a surprise party with some friends for my Bestfriend’s bithday. Of course, we were too excited, everything was going very well,   everybody was agreed  and helped me to organize the event, but we had a big trouble we were students; hence, that means  we didn’t have enough money, so the only solution we found was that each of us come up with some money to buy some snacks and bevereges and it worked. Well, days later the long-awaited day showed up, and we expected that everything would be fine, but it wasn’t the case because that was a really messy; first, because it was raining, and then I had a conflict with my little sister, whereby my mom didn’t allow me to leave the house all day. Entry 1  Athlete Nery Antonio Brenes is a famous Costa Rican athlete (Noun phrase). Since, he has dedicated (Verb phrase) many years of his life (Prepositional phrase) to athletics. In addition, he’s considered the fastest runner in the country. Furthermore, he is described as a humble, responsible and hardworking person (Adjective phrase). These features become  not only  him in a famous athlete, but also an admired and inspiring athlete for all those Costa Rican who dream of being recognized athletes either nationally or internationally. On the other hand, he has achieved many medals and prizes although being his trajectory his own merit (Participle phrase), since he did belong to a family neither wealthy nor poor. Hence, this young man who was born and grew up in a middle-class family, that’s why he says accomplishing dreams is not impossible is just a matter of both discipline and passion those are the essential factors to be a good and talented athlet...

Hi, I'm Jessica and I'd like to share my experience about grammar in English. Well, grammar has been a challenge because you have to be too careful, and besides there is always something new to learn about different grammatical structures. Speaking for myself, I can say that most of the time it is so easy to understand them, but in some cases it is necessary to pay close attention, study and practice too much to be able to improve.
